Events and Stuff Elks Country Golf Summer 2010 Tournament Schedule One Club Format Sunday, September 12 Couples Scramble All tournaments begin with a 10 AM Shotgun Start Glo Ball Date Friday, September 10th 2nd Annual Kearney Elks Golf Scramble A good time was had by all. $2,050.00 was raised for the "Most valuable Students Scholarship Fund". A big thank you goes out to all the sponsors, participants and Elks helpers for a job well done!   Quick Hitters GER Michael F. Smith's motto is "Promote Elks Passion", which he calls PEP. He said: "Our membership is a privilege; promoting our good works is an obligation". Elks Hoop Shoot program involved more than three million young boys and girls nationwide for the Lodge year 2009 - 2010. Kearney Lodge #984 had over 2200 participants for the Lodge year 2009 - 2010.
